What will it take for the judicial system to understand a victim's turmoil?  Why do the repeat offenders of crime keep getting away with the crimes they commit?  I don't understand the rationale behind a judicial system that will allow the rich and famous to cry their way out of serving time, or the allowance of criminals to torture, harrass, and change their names and addressess at will when they are on probabtion, or parole.

 

I don't understand the judicial system seeking justice when one person gets 8 years for bigamy and others just get a slap on the wrist. All the bigamists, and con artists: men or women commit crimes, they lie, they fraud, and they bluff their way out of their crimes.

 

My ex was allowed to plea bargain away 21 years of potential jail time to down to 3 years of jail time. He is a a repeat offender, as is HICKS, and others that are featured on the FIGHT BIGAMY site.   They take the money, create a new life without any regards to the harm they perpetuate.

 

What will it take for laws to be changed so that there will be no more victims of identity fraud, and no more innocent lives harmed by those that marry over and over again, destroying lives, and family.

WILL IT TAKE A VILLAGE OF VICTIMS to shout out for help?  I believe it will, united we can accomplish anything. Please sign the petition for a NATIONAL DATABASE OF MARRIAGES AND DIVORCES.  We can make our voices heard.  Please add your voice to help change the laws that allow these repeat offenders to garner more victims.
