July 27 UPDATE ON THE GI JERKHaberman's out of control! This man will continue to violate and harrass his victims! A sure sign of a narcissistic personality.
Update: July 4 weekend: Haberman drove to Mississippi stalking Jayne McCullough and filed two false stolen property reports with the local Sheriff and State Troopers. Haberman filed a total of three false police reports for stolen property surrounding false claims of abuse for the dog, Elwood. The original report in North Port, Fl, and two in Durant, Mississippi. All three were investigated and denied prosecution. However, after those claims were denied Haberman went to Tampa Bay Channel 10 claiming "his wife was the one who orchestrated an elaborate scheme to steal his dogs" and demanding she be arrested. The story aired for 24 hours, before she demanded it be removed.
It doesn't make sense that he can continue to break the law and get away with it. Remember this is a man who has shown over and over again that he lies. I know it isn't a crime to lie, but goodness these type of people feed off the negative attention. They honestly believe they are above the law, and justice has shown they are from time to time. Victims need to stand up and make their voices heard. What happened to the rights of the victims??? Please say aware, and stay clear of these type of men. July 18 Talking about MARCH 17 ENTRYI have been notified that this person is sending a supposed order to webmasters to have anyone who is telling the victim's story to have this removed. He has succeeded in getting stories removed about him that were posted on LoveFraud, and CyberPaths. I don't understand how this man who lives in Florida has so called juridiction to tell the web masters to remove these stories. Why had he not gone to the newspapers and television shows that had aired that story to have them retract it. Simple, a Floria Judge's order is NOT a FEDERAL court order, and how he can use these orders and violate other's FIRST Amendment RIGHTS is a GROSS INJUSTICE!!!!!!!How do we stop a predator like this???? We need answers as to why this person continues to violate others rights. He must be stopped, because the possibility of others falling victims to con artists are just too great. Help us keep these types of predators away from other victims. Fight for your RIGHTS and DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO TRAMPLE ALL OVER THEM. He cannot continue to notify blog webmasters that anyone carrying his story remove the story about him. MY question is this: WHY DID HE NOT SUE OPRAH? OR the Newspaper that carried his story? He wants to continue to harrass everyone that has any connection with his victims. He will not violate my freedom of speech. I am only publishing what is said in the newspapers and can be backed up on paper. The army has given him two dishonorable discharges.
