Sooner or Later Justice will Prevail

In being a victim, the frustration with the judicial system is always  foremost in the reality.  However,
when one does not give up the fight, you will succeed.

Know this: You are Not alone. You are not the only victim that has been a target of con men or con women.

It is a sad fact that it seems  the criminals get away with the crimes they commit, especially  fraud, and bigamy.

We do not currently have a National Database of Marriages and Divorces.  If we did, we could curtail some of  the fraud that goes on.

This is not taking away your privacy.  After all the Social Security Administration has a list of every job you have ever worked. It is a big database with your personal

    information in it.

This database will tie into the Social Security Administration database, and redflag persons that use different social security numbers that are

NOT assigned to them. This could help stop the crime of bigamy and some fraud. It may not stop all of the criminals, but it would certainly

put a damper on anyone freely using a Social Security Number that is not theirs.

This is my way to get justice, after all Barber did not use his real name for over 35 years, and even while

on parole, yes while he was under the state of NJ's juridiction, he still managed to leave the state, obtain a

fake name, fake social security number, obtain a fake birth certificate and commit fraud.  The judge that had sentenced him knew he would

do that again, yet, he did not get the sentencing he should have gotten. He plea bargained the heavy years away. Some victims wrote the judge saying that he would

do that again.  The judge did not use his correct judgment, for he himself, stated that he knew Barber would do it again.

He is due to get out in either October or November.  Those of you who were victims of con men or women,

please let your voice be heard. Sign the petition for the National Database of Marriages and Divorces. It would

help potential victims NOT to become victims.
